CHOCOSHO.com ships by UPS Ground, which takes approximately 5-9 business days to arrive, from date of shipment. We can usually ship an order from our workshop within 24 hours of receiving it. Shipping Calculations

Shipment delays can occur in customs when crossing the Canadian/USA border.

Fed Ex Trade Networks (800)388-9479 delivers Fed Ex packages once they have crossed the North American/ Canadian border. Fed Ex Trade Networks is also responsible for collecting additional Canadian Taxes, Customs, and Brokerage fees upon delivery of shipment.

Before you place an international order with Chocosho.com, please be advised that we are not responsible for the above additional fees.

Express Shipping

With Express Shipping, we can send items out by UPS at the speed you require. The following prices are charges added to the regular shipping calculations:

  • Next-day delivery $25.00
  • Two day delivery $15.00
  • Three day delivery $10.00
Please request Express Shipping via support@chocosho.com Express Shipping is only available within the United States. If we are unable to process your request we will contact you via email, within 24 hours.

California Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for shipments to destinations in California.

PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes in the USA for the same rates as UPS Ground, but this may take a while longer to deliver to you because we must make a special trip to the US Post Office.
