Real black-and-white-striped porcupine quills are suspended from decorative silver end caps and hang from sterling silver earthreads. To insert them, pull the 1 1/2" delicate box chain through your ear to the curved post right above the pendant. Quills measure approx 3" and may vary slightly from the one pictured. Please be careful when wearing these - quills are porcupine's natural defenses, so they're sharp! These have been filed down slightly to prevent mishaps. Porcupines are not killed in the harvesting of these quills.
